2.) True. yes because the more the frequency more than energy and hence more is the maximum energy of electron

3.) True, because every electrons are bonded in the atom so they required some minimum energy to break the Bond and to get free. So there is a minimum frequency or say energy of photon that is necessary to to break the bond of electron from its atom
