The gift or estate taxation is known as POLITICAL FOOTBALL as it gets into various hands after a particular era or so. It contains a sort of tax duty and is payable by the assesee at a point of time. The amount also vary in some situations and might prove to be a small portion of revenue out of total tax paid or collected by the government. The inheritance of the property or the gifting of any tax deductible item may change from time to time just to evade the dutiful tax.
