t critical value at 0.05 significance level and for 185 df = 1.973

95% confidence interval is

\bar{x} - t * S / sqrt(n) < \mu < \bar{x} + t * S / sqrt(n)

3103 - 1.973 * 652 / sqrt(186) < \mu < 3103 + 1.973 * 652 / sqrt(186)

3008.7 < \mu < 3197.3

3008.7 g < \mu < 3197.3 g
