There are 2 methods to solve the question. I am using the basic and easy to understand displacement method where we assume the displacement of Block B as ‘x’ and find out the displacement of point A. As displacement can be differentiated to get the velocity, the relation between velocity of the block and point A is same at that of the relation between their displacement.
