Hi,
I am writing this letter with extreme disappointment and anguish regarding my recent experience of my shipment delivered by you. I have been a regular customer and been ordered many items in the past, and every time I have got it in perfect condition within the given time. However, this time it has been an utterly bad experience to me, as despite complaining in tele-conversations with your customer care team, I received my shipment with much delay and that too it was damaged. This is something which is not expected from a company like yours.
For your reference, I am attaching the pictures of the damaged shipment with this letter. Please have a look and kindly take the necessary actions.
