We know that pressure is

P=Force/Area

So area will be,

A=Force/Pressure

So,

A=722*0.2248/6.4

A=25.36025 Square Inch.

And in one inch=2.54 cm,

So,

A=25.36025*2.54²

=163.41 cm²
