Answer-1 the plasmid used in yeast are called shuttle vector. Examples are as follows- yeast episomal plasmid and pESC vector.

Answer 2 The plasmid lead us to know the binding and interaction of two proteins by activating or inhibiting the expression of specific function in the target cells.

Answer-3 The factors associated with the limits of DNA test for the disease include the little knowledge of the biomarker, contamination of the foreign substance in the sample, absence of proper facilities for DNA processing etc.

Answer-4 The screening information reveal about the class characteristics of a disease while the DNA molecular test describe the individual Characteristics of a disease with the help of specific biomarker which originate in that specific disease.

Answer-5 RFLP separate the DNA after Cutting it from some specific site. In mutated sequence the restriction enzyme will not work due to alteration of the sequence and the band size will show the different position as compared to normal sequence.
