This compound is polar in nature due to presence of O in between.

So, intermolecular force of interaction between these molecules is dipolar interaction.

CH3CH2CH2CH2OH

This compound is polar and also can form hydrogen bonding.

So, intermolecular force of interaction between these molecules is hydrogen bonding which is stronger than dipolar interaction and london forces

CH3CH2CH2CH2CH3:

this compound is non polar.

So, intermolecular force of interaction between these molecules is london forces.

This is weakest force.

Vapour pressure is lowest when intermolecular force is strongest so that not many molecules could escape into gas phase.

Hence vapour pressure is lowest for CH3CH2CH2CH2OH

Answer: CH3CH2CH2CH2OH
