Price/ earning= It is calculated by comparing earning per share of a company with the market price of it's shares

=stock price/ EPS

=12.17/1.014 = 12

Market book ratio= it is calculated by comparing book value of the firm to its market value

= stock price/ book value of stock

=12.17/7.809

= 1.56
