Sub: Mail to Resolve Conflict between Employees

Dear All,

I am composing this in answer to your mails. I got your mails yesterday pointing about the incident that happened a day or two ago between both of you. (Portray genuine issue and circumstance).

Both of you going about as haughty as mail traded between you much of the time about the concerning issue. As both of you realize that we as a whole here has been a piece of this firm for a few years now and comprehend the systems of work as much as some other staff part.

We need both of your psyches to fill in as quickly as time permits. Similar to the senior to both of you I solidly recognize the issue you both have and can be settled once we talk about it face-to-face rather simply trading mails, it is my obligation to disclose to you both what occurred between both of you was a thing of past. Since you know the worry I would demand you to sympathetically move your brains from the issue until the issue chills off and the question between both of you disintegrates away noticeable all around.

Regards
