Ethic is nothing but the values and belief that leads to good human conduct. It influence people to make appropriate decisions and lead their life accordingly.  Normative ethics is the practical theory of ethics where the moral standard helps in differentiating right and wrong. This theory includes virtue theories, duty theories and consequentialist theories.

Virtue ethics are theories of normative ethics that focus on the virtues of the person based on his or her action rather than the rules, consequences and actions. The characteristics of individual is considered as the important factor for ethical thinking. Examples of virtue ethics are integrity, courage, honesty, etc.
