Aristotle, the father of what is known as virtue ethics, argued that ethics cannot not be taught. Are people inherently good or bad, or is it something that can be taught?  Minimum of 2 paragraphs.

• People are interdependent, therefore most learn that the best way to survive is to be on good terms with the social order; however, some have a differing perception of the cost/benefit analysis and learn that deviance is the easiest path to survival.
• Deviance is the result of nature and nurture. Parents and social influences teach self-control and the ability to delay gratification, which influences the ability to resist opportunities to deviate, and to resist opportunities to associate with deviant groups. Psychopathy can result from physiological (brain damage or disorder or genetic predisposition)and sociological influences.
• Humans are born neither good or bad, but more like a lightly colored canvas in which there environment will gently add different colors, good and bad, too.This does not mean parents are to blame for bad children, children when young are very easily shaped and can be affected by small things.
