When the preliminary hearing happens,after it and before the criminal case goes for trial ,the prosecutor and the defendants team have to appear in front of a criminal court judge to make pre trial arguments ,that what should be in the trial and which kind of evidences should not be present their.S suppose a certain people shouldn't involve in this case ,otherwise it would loose their hold on the case.

While the procedure during the trial is If the trial is decided by the judge then judge will make a decision or the group of jury,t he lawyer present evidences through witnesses who have saw the crime or were at the place of crime.A after all the evidences ,the lawyers put their closing arguments .Then the jury decide whether the defendant is guilty or not guilty.
