N = mg - F sin 20

= 120 lb - ( 15 lb ) sin 20

= 114.86 lb

Horizontal force

F cos 20 = m a

acceleration of the block is

a = F cos 20 / m

= ( 15 lb ) cos 20 / (120 lb / 32.2 ft/s^2)

= 3.78 ft/s^2

final velocity of block is

v = at

= ( 3.78 ft/s^2) ( 14 s)

= 52.95 ft/s
