Where does digestion primarily occur in the digestive system?

Stomach and duodenum,

Pancreatic juice gets secreted into the duodenum, so pancreas has a major role in digestion, but its not location.

as the digestion starts in the mouth with the help of saliva, by moistening of food and cutting food into small pieces. As then food passes through eosaphagus tract comes to the stomach in stomach food comes in contact with hydrochloric acid and microorganisms attached with food are killed by hydrochloric acid. Enzymes breakdown the food material into smaller form. Then food material move towards small intestine.

Small intestine has three parts duodenum, jejunum and ileum.

Pancreatic juice from pancreas gets secreted in to the duodenum. So the digestion part from pancreas occurs in the duodenum. Bile from liver stored into the gallbladder and secreted in to the duodenum, helps in digestion and absorption of fats.

Jejunum and ileum are mainly responsible for absorption of food material.

Large intestine, rectum and excretory organ are mainly responsible for removal of waste materials.
