The molar masses of the given gases are

Co2=44

HF=20

F2=38

H2=2.01

The average speed is inversely proportional to the molar mass. As the molar mass increases,the speed decreases. Therefore arrange them in decreasing speed in order of increasing molar mass.

The molecules with the slowest average speed will have the greatest molar mass

The molecules with the fastest average speed will have the smallest molar mass.

So decreasing speed is 5th answer.

Increasing speed is 3rd.
