Test statistics

t = (\bar{x}1 - \bar{x} 2 ) / SE

= (375.5 - 378.6) / 0.61865

= -5.01

t critical value at 0.01 level with (72+36-2) = 106 df = -2.326 , 2.326

Since test statistics falls in rejection region,we have sufficient evidence to reject H0.

We conclude that we have enough evidence to support the claim.
