The answer is inspect the client's incision for signs of infection.

Because as per the given vital signs details client temperature elevated-99.8 all other parameters are in normal range..so this elevated temperature is a primary sign of surgical site infection.

Some signs of possible infection include increasing pain, swelling or redness, and pus leaking from the wound.
