1. Dynamic HTML : we can say that dynamic HTML is not a language or any other web standards but it is a collection or combination of technologies as HTML, JAVASCRIPT nad CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) which makes a web page dynamic that means using Dynamic HTML we can create a web page more interacting and more animation can used in it. otherwise using HTML we create static pages.

Now Q4. a) Here first we talk about Expert System: Expert system is a software which solves problem ore we can say that gives solution to a problem in which one or more human experts needs to be consulted

An Expert system is basically based on knowledge base as it is first used in agriculture and than used for medical purposes also. Now in agric ulture expert system gives the all possible suggestion and details like weather information selection of chemicals , pest control, need to spray and many more.

b) Decision support systerm: here again we take the example of agriculture that how DSS help in agriculture, Here DSS gives the information about the market demanding crops so a farmer can get more benefits to grow that crops. about economy and other details also give by DSS to help farmers and take decisions to grow high quality product to the citizens. It also goiives the information about the business values to do growth of farmers.

C) Transaction Processing system : The best example is online transaction processing system or Inventory system. It holds or store the all information about the transaction values or products and gives all details whenever we need like it gives the details like when the product has been sold and quantity of product and eventhe day to day details of a particular organization is also be handled by the transaction processing sytem.

d) MIS : Management Information system , It has a database in computer for all the buyers and sellers or we can say that MIS having all the details about a particular organization to about its economy i.e its financial condition and the individual details of a individual customers and the brands of the product which the company has to related. so commercial databases , Medico SG and smart drive BI / MIS systems are the examples of Management Information system.

e) Upper Level , Middle Level and Lower Level Management : Here Transaction Processing system is handle or manages by lower level or Junior management level people like number of sales detailed managed by this lower level management. Next is Middle Level management i.e. Middle managers are able to take decisions in an organization Like what product is in demand and all details like that is gathered or manage by this management and next is Senior Level Management , here the most impoertant decision s are taken by this upper management or Senior Mangers are decided to take important Decision . We can say that Experts are available here to take decisions for a paricular task.

f) Short term Goals and Lomg Terms Goals : here we can say that junior management has acquire short term goals like they manage the records about the products and Senior managers are Having Long Term Goals that they know that Their Decisions effects the organization in Long Term Period.

G) Strategic and Operational : They are again the terms used by Lower and Upper Level Management that upper level has a Strategy to do enhancement in their plans or decision for betterment where as Lower level has an operational works that means they always follow the instruction given by their seniors or Mid Level or Upper Level Management or even Mid Level sometimes also works in an operational enviornment i.e. tsometimes they also follows some instruction given by the upper Management Level..

H) Data nad Information. : These are the fundamental part of any system that always Data makes an infomation and it flows through the lower level to upper level. i.e. the records of sales as a data is flows though lower level to upper level as the upper level decides how to increase the sales and then they do planning according to that.
