We know KF is a basic salt, formed from the reaction of strong base KOH and weak acid HF. So it dissociate completely in water as

KF -------> K+ + F-

That means after dissociation there will be separate K+ ion present in the solution.

Now F- is a strong base which gains H+ from water to form its conjugate acid Hf as-

F- + H2O -----> HF + OH-

That means F- have the ability to bonded again to H2O molecules at H+ position. And K+ being positively charged will be surrounded by H2O molecule at O-end
