I suggested you to make a graph using any of the two experiments

1.BACTERIAL growth curve in batch cultures

2. Enzyme assay kinetics by calculating km and V max of enzyme substrate complex to form product to determine substrate concentration.

First experiment take a fixed amount of the culture and Innoculate into fixed medium and after the time elapse measure optical density values using colorimeter or spectrophotometer as time elapsed the population increases exponentially to upto limit until medium components depleted maximum and become stable thus forms lag, log and stationary and death phase in growth curve.
