In SF6 molecule, the central atom sulfur atom is sp3d2 hybridised and it has octahedral geometry. So there are six sigma bonds around the central sulfer atoms. Therefore, in the Lewis dot structure of SF6, the sulfer atom shares 12 electrons (i.e. 2 electrons for each sigma bonds).

So the correct option is -d. 12
