Answer #1

Immediacy refers to the present moment or just now thus one wouldn’t be able to analyse and decide whether the listened input is authentic or not. This may happen for two reasons, the first reason is lack of subject knowledge on the listened input which means whoever listened to a particular topic do not have enough understanding or knowledge about that subject thus one wouldn’t be able to validate the listened content immediately. Secondly, lack of time in clarifying one’s doubts on the subject as they would be listening to the information continuously. Thus, immediacy would make it difficult for the speaker to verify and validate the information they listened.
