Answer #1

We want to find, P(-1.3 < Z < 1.2)

P(-1.3< Z < 1.2)

= P(Z < 1.2) - P(Z < -1.3)

= 0.8849 - 0.0968

= 0.7881

P(-1.3 < Z < 1.2) = 0.7881

The area between z = -1.3 and z = 1.2 under the standard normal curve is 0.7881
