They make the following assessments: "Wilma is brilliant but doesn't have enough sense to tie her shoes. Barney is like a calculator, but nobody can stand to work with him. Fred can sell ice to an Eskimo, but I'm not sure he'd know how to write up the invoice." Betty isn't very productive, but she knows how to light up the office with her presence which makes everybody else work better." Computers have often been called "thinking machines" and their ability to process information, react to specific stimuli, and perform many other processes with even more efficiency than humans. Though debatable, some have even suggested that computers can Team" and may exhibit some characteristic o emotional intelligence. There are different kinds of intelligent types and here are the observations on the following employees

Wilma: Wilma has naturalist intelligence and may be a good fit for a chef's role.
Barney: Barney has logical-mathematical intelligence and may be a good fit for accounting and jobs in the mathematical field.
Fred: Fred has linguistic Intelligence and may be a good fit for marketing, sales promotion, pre-sales
Betty: She has interpersonal intelligence and may be a good fit for portfolios in Human Resources or Employee Engagement.

Computer processes and abilities cannot be considered as artificial intelligence because of various aspects, and a few are

1. A computer has no mind whereas mind is a unique property of a human being
2. Computer control is pre-defined, and intelligence cannot be made artificially
3. A computer cannot acquire emotional intelligence whereas human beings can
4. Human intelligence is the sole reason for computer, and the computer works only based on the pre-defined rules.
5. A small finger movement or a minor emotional change in a human may trigger trillions of activities in the human body and mind.
