There are different kinds of intelligent types and here are the observations on the following employees

Wilma: Wilma has naturalist intelligence and may be a good fit for a chef's role.
Barney: Barney has logical-mathematical intelligence and may be a good fit for accounting and jobs in the mathematical field.
Fred: Fred has linguistic Intelligence and may be a good fit for marketing, sales promotion, pre-sales
Betty: She has interpersonal intelligence and may be a good fit for portfolios in Human Resources or Employee Engagement.

Computer processes and abilities cannot be considered as artificial intelligence because of various aspects, and a few are

  1. A computer has no mind whereas mind is a unique property of a human being
  2. Computer control is pre-defined, and intelligence cannot be made artificially
  3. A computer cannot acquire emotional intelligence whereas human beings can
  4. Human intelligence is the sole reason for computer, and the computer works only based on the pre-defined rules.
  5. A small finger movement or a minor emotional change in a human may trigger trillions of activities in the human body and mind.
