When we test the significance of multiple regression then we construct set up a hypothesis such that

H0: All the regression slopes equal to zero.

Vs

H1: At least one of the slope does not equal to zero.

For this situation we construct Anova table and we perform F test to make the conclusion.

If p-value corresponding to the F statistic is less than the given level of significance then we can reject null hypothesis and we accept the alternative hypothesis.

But in the given problem we don't have any data to find the test statistic F value. So we can not conclude anything.

Preferably we select option 4).
