we know,

delta G = delta H - T * delta S

for spontaneous process, delta G < 0

delta H - T * delta S < 0

for this process delta S = (+)ve as the distance of two sphere increases.

delta H = (+)ve because energy is required for increasing diastance among spheres.

but with temperature we can not tell wheather it is spontaneous or not.

so last option is the answer.
