The reaction is you have shown in the question are not chemically balanced

The correct reaction is    2 Na + Cl2 -----------> 2 NaCl

so 2 mol of Na + 1 mol of Cl2 produces -----> 2 mol of NaCl

2 * 23 gm of Na + 70 gm of Cl2 -----------> 2 * 58.45 gm of NaCl

46 gm of Na is required for react with 70 gm of Cl2

75 gm of Cl2 requires = 46 / 70 *75 = 49.285 gm of Na

So therefore it requires 49.285 gm of Na to react with 75 gm of Chlorine
