In FBr fluorine is more electronegative than Br , so it will pull electron more towards itself and will gain partial negative charge.

Therefore F is correct option.

Polarity depends upon the electronegativity between two atoms.More is the electronegativity difference more is the polarity.

In both the molecules Si is common , so comparison of polarity among two molecules will be judged according to the halogen atom attached.

Since F is more electronegative than Br , so SiF4 will be more polar than SiBr4.

Polarity arrows point towards more electronegative atom.

Among carbon and oxygen , oxygen is more electronegative , so arrows will point towards oxygen.

Carbon being the central , the arrows will point away from the central atom.
