Null hypothesis for one way ANOVA is given by:

H_0: \mu_1 = \mu_2 = ... = \mu_k

that is, mean of all k groups are equal to each other.

Hence, alternate hypothesis is that at least one of the groups has a mean that is significantly different from the other groups.It does not necessarily imply that each mean is significantly different from every other mean.
