The net force acting on the ball gives rise to centripetal force. So the net force is

Fnet = F1+F2 = Fcentripetal

In this case the force acting towards the center of the circular track is taken positive and the force directly pointing away from center is taken as negative. So the force for to tension is positive and due to gravity is negative. This gives us

> Fnet = F1 + F2 = FT – FG = 25 – 10 = 15N Fcentripetal = 15 N

So B is the correct option.
