Ans. CLOT INHANCERS:- Clot inhancer are those molecule or we can say those factors which can speed up or favor the clot formation. These molecules or factor are activating some of the intermidiate in the clot formation process . Example are:- PF3, calcium ions, thrombin, fibrinogen, and vitamin K.
CLOT INHIBITOR:- These are those factor which inhibits the formation of the clot and thus very dangerous for the clotting process. These factors interacts with some of the intermidiate process , and thus inhibits the intermidiate formation or inactivate some enzymes. Example are:- Heparin, Aspirin, caumadin. Heparin is natural clot inhibitor obtained from the Hirudin and used in hospitals. Caumidin is also known as warfarin . It is analog to vitamin k and alter the function of vitamin k. It inhibit the activation of the thrombin. So inhibits the clot formation.
Neither enhancer or inhibitor :- Serum.
