I would design the compensation system that will address the inequality in salaries on gender discrimination by:

- providing performance-based incentives to all the employees so that even female workers can get equal pay and recognition for the same work as men do in the organizations.

- by organizing reward shows for the workers and encouraging those female employees of the workers who contributed to the success of the project unconditionally. Such programs not only motivate female employees but empower them too.

- by choosing at least 5 women in the mainboard among other males and provide them equal authority and responsibility.

- organizing a training and development session to teach employees about the importance of diversity in the workplace. It is necessary to train them to respect female workers as well because they are building blocks of the company.

- revisions rules in the human resource recruitment process by removing gender bias in the requirements for upper-level posts.
