Faconi's anemia is condition that affect amny part of the body along with bone marrow failure. It includes organ defects, physical abnormalities and increased risk of certain cancers.

The pateint develop symptoms such as skin pigmentation, pale skin, tiredness, fatigue etc. Because as the blood is lacking the total count of blood cells that oncludes the RBCs, WBCs, platelets etc, so consequently their fuctions has also been affected.

The cause of the disease includes mutation in atleast 15 genes. Protein produced by these genes involved int he cellular pathway known as FA pathway. The basic cause is the DNA damage repair, so consequently all whole pathway become affected.
