select an appropriate concept, theory, or strategy that w\r. Explain what you ultimately expect to achieve, what obstacles you may encounter and the actions you must take to begin.?
A theory that I would commonly use in workplace would be McGregor’s theory X and theory Y. I believe this theory will help me identify my working approach at a workplace and tweak it accordingly.
The theory X and Y states that there are two kinds of views on human resources. A manager that follows theory X believes that employees lack the motivation to work. As a result, they need to be rewarded or punished based on their result/actions. On the other hand a manager with view of Y views employees as someone who is internally motivated, likes to work and thus requires little external stimulation.
By this understanding I will not only be able to manage my relationship with my manager but also manage the subordinates who report to me. Depending on the type of person or team, I may adjust my management style. This will help me be more flexible and be efficient in the workplace.

In simultaneous-move games, players cannot observe the strategy of the other player when they select their own strategy, yet in a certain sense the Nash equilibrium solution concept requires the players to know the strategies of the other players. Explain why this is so, what it implies about the use of the Nash equilibrium concept as a theory about the behaviour of actual people in real-world strategic interactions and possible ways in which the conceptual difficulty can be resolved.
