1. The answers is Benjamin Franklin. He was the one to invented the electricity where as other scientists invented other different things which is different from electricity. Hence he was the man behind the concept of electrostatic charge.

2. The nucleus of an atom consists of protons and neutrons, neutrons are neutral where as protons are positively charged hence nucleus becomes positively charged. Which is our required answer.

3. Electrons are negatively charged particles with a charge of ​​​​​​. This charge is universally true and any type of electrons holds the same value of the charge. Hence option C is the correct answer.

4.The mass of a proton is = where as the mass of the electron is hence we can see that proton is heavier than electron so option A is the correct answer.
