Hi first of all, this is a assembly drawing. The shaft tolerances to be derrived.
First we find out the nominal value of A.
A = 82- 12 - 25 - 12 - 24 = 9
Item 4 is a spacer, and the tolerance of spacer to be derived.
Given the total assembly length should be 82 H8
from the table given below H8 provides limits +0.054 / -0 mm
that means the value can vary at a range 82 to 82.054 mm
Now we have to define the tolerance flow direction.
From the above two pictures you can see that
Minimum value of A is 8.854 and maximum value of 9.404
otherwise 9.00 + 0.404/ -0.146
We can generalize this to 9.00 +0.4/ - 0.15
NOTE : the tolerance H8 is for holes , may not apply for linear dimension,For linear dimension ISO 2768 mK is applied , For 30 to 120 mm the tolerance will be +/- 0.15 mm
I have populated the table to the best of my knowledge.
See the bottom picture for key hole calculation.

Can somone show me how to do the 1st problem? Need to find the LS and SS for the fit and the LH and SH for the hole. Fits are all SHAFT BASIS METRIC but the shaft and hole diameters can not be used right out of the table. This is because the 3mm shaft tolerance does not match. You will need to lookup the "Fit" from the table, and then use the LS (Largest Shaft) and SS (Smallest Shaft)...
