As we all know NH4+ is a weakly acidic having Ka 5.68 * 10 ^-10

so any acid having Kb > Ka of NH4+ will make the salt basic

and CH3COOH is a weak acid so its conjugate base is more basic having Kb = 1.7 * 10 ^-6

So d. NH4CH3COO is the correct answer
