so the the basicity of conjugate base will be reverse order .
ClO4- will be weak base and ClO- will be strong base .
so order of basicity is
ClO- > ClO2- > ClO3- > ClO4- or
NaClO > NaClO2 > NaClO3 > NaClO4
we have two types of NaClO solution 0.1 M and 0.5 M
obviously 0.1 M NaClO solution is more basic due to high concentration
