Ans:- OXYHAEMOGLOBIN CURVE WILL SHIFT TO left SHOWING THAT ACFINITY OF OXYGEN INCREASE FOR HAEMOGLOBIN.

The main concept in stored blood the amount of 2 3 dpg decreases overtime and when this is stored blood is infused into the athlete this blood contain less amount of 2 3 dpg which hgm creases the affinity of oxygen for hemoglobin and shift the oxygen oxygen haemoglobin dissociation curve towards left resulting in in increased binding of oxygen with hemoglobin due to which performance of athlete increases.

Blood doping is the practice of boosting the number of red blood cells in the bloodstream in order to enhance athletic performance. Because such blood cells carry oxygen from the lungs to the muscles, a higher concentration in the blood can improve an athlete's aerobic capacity (VO2 max) and endurance.
