The first table in the second image simply needs to be transposed.

For example, Granuliferella spinosa extends from 150 to 200 feet within the limestone, and needs to marked with the same. This zone then becomes the Granuliferela range zone, i.e. the lithostratigraphy.

The image below shows how the rest of them should be completed. The horizontal lines show the range of each fossil.
