At the arteriole end of capillary hydrostatic pressure exceeds the blood colloidal osmotic pressure. At the venule end of capillary blood colloidal osmotic pressure exceeds hydrostatic pressure.

Hydrostatic pressure pushes water from capillary bed at arteriole end. And blood colloidal osmotic pressure pushes water from capillary end at venule end.
