Q: The following graph shows schematic blackbody spectra of three stars at different temperatures. Use your understanding of the Stefan-Boltzmann Law and Wien’s Law to explain why this diagram is wrong and redraw the graph schematically to correct the error(s).

Star B Star C Energy Output per second Wavelength

Star C seems to have an incorrect curve after its peak, but I cannot discern any other errors. I'd appreciate some help :) Thanks!

Yes, the straight line section in curve for star c is the wrong, shape of this cune should be like the other two as per Wein's law. Wein's displacement law states that emissive power en for black body radiation peaks at a wavelength which is inversely proportiond to its temperature Energy emitted per second per meter? Vs Wavelength (OR Intensity vs wavelength) t haisught .. wavelength while the graph given in problem is power (energy per second) vs wavelength hence need not to be like above as we have no idea about the relative sizes of stars.
