Description of the product:
Description of the process:
In this PFD, we could observe that reactive distillation is the most crucial operation on which the entire process is dependent. This type of reactive distillation operation consists of simultaneous separation processes.
Methanol when reacted with crude lactic acid to produce methyl
lactate. Water and methanol could be simultaneously separated in
the same column. A Separation column which is more effective for
carrying out the separation of methanol and water is added to the
PFD to make the entire process viable.
since Methyl Lactate is being continuously removed from the reactor
the reaction equilibrium shifts towards the product side, thereby
increasing maximum conversion according to Le-Chatelier’s
principle.
The recovery of lactic acid from ammonium lactate solution is
impossible by the basic acidification process
because of the high solubility and lack of precipitation of
ammonium sulfate. It is found that only the addition of methanol to
the solution during acidification of ammonium lactate is very
effective in decreasing the solubility of the produced ammonium
sulfate. the product could then be separated from the solution by
simple filtration. With this acidification process, the lactic acid
filtrate was transformed into methyl lactate rapidly by an
esterification reaction with methanol.
Ammonium sulfate byproduct can be utilized for the production of sulfuric acid and ammonia.
If I have a simply presentation about this PFD, what should I say? ( in half...
2. After building a scientific way for demand forecasting, Mary hoped Jason can propose the optimal inventory/ordering policies for these 4 products for the first week of 2018. The sale price/unit for each product is listed below: Product A =$230 Product B=$50 Product C=$5 Product D=$3 Jason decided to use ABC rule to classify these 4 products. ‘A’ category product(s) will have the target service level 95%. ‘B’ product(s) will have the target service level 90% and ‘C’ products(s) will...
I want an answer, what should I choose?
The ratio of the amplitudes of two beams forming an interference fringe pattern is 8/2. (a) What is the value of the maximum irradiance (max) and minimum irradiance (min) if their electric field vectors are perpendicular? (b) What visibility results? Select one or more: a. Imax 16 (21)2. Imin = (az)? b. Visibility = 15(21)2/17 (a.)2 c. Visibility d. Imax = 8 (a). Imin = 2 (a)? e. Visibility = 5/4 f....

Instructions: Quite often, I have heard many people say that "a managers job is simply to tell people what to do." I sometimes wonder if that is true! Hey, I just thought of a great idea. Instead of just wondering if that statement has any validity to it, let's just ask a manager. Your task for this week is to interview a manager. It can be a present or past manager or someone whom you have never worked with. You may...
Assembly Language Programming Assignment program must be in: MASM assembly language / x86 architecture / irvine library procedures Objectives: 1. using register indirect addressing 2. passing parameters 3. generating “random” numbers 4. working with arrays Description: Write and test a MASM program to perform the following tasks: 1. Introduce the program. 2. Generate ARRAYSIZE random integers in the range [LO = 10 .. HI = 29], storing them in consecutive elements of an array. ARRAYSIZE should be set to 200....
I'm try to complete an Operating Systems assignment where we have 8 processes, and each process has between 14-18 bursts. We have to do a FCFS simulation, SJF simulation, and MLFQ simulation. I am well aware of how to calculate everything for the processes when we just have one set of bursts to deal with, however these processes have way more than that. I am a very visual learner, I would love if someone could explain to me how to...

need to make javafx GUI application called Email that implements a
prototype user interface for composing email message. The
application should have labelled text fields for To, cc,bcc
