Cell Phone use policy:
Statement - In an effort to maintain the basic hygiene of the environment for customers, it is the policy of the organization to limit the use of cell phones and other communication devices to some extent. It should not affect the other customers availing the services.
Guidelines:
1. Employees should not be using cell phones while serving or taking orders, personal calls should be avoided while working.
2. Customers are requested to maintain the basic hygiene of the environment while taking calls, we understand the importance of the calls and we request to maintain the sound levels as there are other customers too, trying to have a good time.
Responsibility:
The customers and employees are responsible for understanding the policy and it is expected that the same will be maintained or followed.
