It means that the reason for the visit or the complaints can be dissolved if it is known. The preparation, management, and all the arrangements required for the office visit could be made earlier so that the client may not have any further complaints. This also reduces the chances of the client's discomfort level. The pre-arrangements also saves time. It enhances the positive outcome. It is a kind of time management process that results in the effective implementation of the procedures required.
