Labor market: This regards to the supply and demand for labor in which employees ensures that provision for labor is achieved to the employers.

The global global labor supply factors in terms of quality and quantity can be analyzed through the following dimensions:

The rate of labor force: This is defined as a the prevailing number of hours that an employee is willing to work.This regards to the development of the motivation through wages and salaries and equipments that enables the worker to stretch their skills towards their duties within an organization.

The intensity of the work is also critical in determining the quality in the sense that if the worker is working on a certain project then he must have been trained to undertake the activities effectively and the firm should ensure that its labor management is within its framework.

The speed of work is another key factor which is determines the quality of work and quantity of work to be achieved.This is through the ability of the employees to be able to effectively interact with the various machines and equipments that are meant to undertake various tasks.If this aspect is enabled then the quantity of work undertaken is large unlike when employees do not have prior information on how to interact with the system.

The skills of the employees is also another key merit in determining the efficiency and quantity of the work to be achieved in the firm.This is where this factor argues that employees must be periodically trained to ensure that they achieve organizational goals (quantity) as well deliver in an exceptional way in their tasks.

Explanation:

In achieve the above outlined aspects the firm must be able to relate with its workforce through aspects of training,motivation and coordination to achieve its goals and strategies.
