As per binomial distribution formula P(X = x) = nCx * p^x * (1 - p)^(n - x)

We need to calculate P(X <= 2).
P(X <= 2) = (25C0 * 0.05^0 * 0.95^25) + (25C1 * 0.05^1 * 0.95^24) + (25C2 * 0.05^2 * 0.95^23)
