Answer #1

Answer 1) E scooters are a sign of nature care and the potential customers for such technology are all segments. So let’s discuss how to deliver marketing mix of E Scooters:

1) Product- E scooters are the one which are manufactured to bring a change into the system, so I believe the complete system of product offering should be different. The USP of E scooter should taking care of nature and cost of investment will be less as price of electricity is less than crude oil. So USP can be more kilometers with less cost and nature friendly too. The tagline of product will be “E Scooter for the better future you” this is telling. The product must be designed in Green color and packaging must also be in green color.

2) Price: Well to be true pricing wholly depends upon the cost of the product then the profit margin company wants to keep are the most important factors, but customers income, customers decision to pay for the product also matters, the per capita income too plus prices of competitive brand. So keeping all these things in mind the initial price of the product must be kept less as compared to other competitive products in the country and as compared to foreign markets the price should be as per the local customer income capacity same like Apple products, their prices differ as per countries per capita income.

3) Place: Place is important when deciding about supply chain, distribution network. As the company will be targeting domestic and international customers then launching a platform of both Online and Offline is a better way of delivery products. In offline 3 layer distribution platform can be follower there there will be 3 intermediaries and in online company can directly connect to international customers.

4) Promotion: Well for promoting such a product I feel that government of each targeting countries must be targeted so that the government ask their citizens to upgrade to E scooters to save the nature and give some kind of road tax relief to customers opting for E scooter, along with this brand amabsadoor of E scooters must be someone who is more prone to nature care or social care someone like Sonam Wangchuk etc
