Speed of the wave is

v = sqrt ( T / (M/L ) )

= sqrt ( (90 N ) (1.9 m ) / ( 2.1*10^ -3 ) )

= 285.35 m/s

fundamental frequency on the string is

f = v / 2 L

= 285.35 / 2 ( 1.9 m )

= 75.09 Hz
